Katharine is a 25+ veteran in Talent Acquisition. Katharine has worked with start ups,  mid and larged sized high tech companies.  She managed global talent acquisition teams focused on building high performance recruiting teams to meet business goals. Katharine has depth of experience in scaling, building, and  streamlining TA processes, operations,  recruiting automation, metrics and reports. She also brings a strategic  approach to DE&I.  She has  provided career coaching to her candidates.
